I am in Siena! The flight was less than stellar, but the experience (read: food) is going wonderfully! I will add a real update later.

I leave Athens in four days. In less than a week, I’ll be sleeping on another continent with a family that I’ve never met in a country where I don’t really speak the language.

I had a nightmare that the first dinner we went to in Italy had bottomless wine, but they charged me for all of it. My bill was $500.

I really don’t want to pack.

I’ll update this frequently when I arrive in Europe. In two weeks, I will be in Siena. Buona sera gli Stati Uniti. Once I’m gone, my name will be Celebrità Siena.
